Tasting note:  Very deep, dark, Red with Violet highlights and lightly oaked.  It has highly expressive aromas of ripe fruit, blackberries, fresh black and white cherries and blueberries, all perfectly blended with elegant notes of vanilla.

It is complex in the mouth, fruity and medium-bodied. Notes of mocha and vanilla also appear, as a result of its ageing in oak casks.

Food Match: Matches with Red meat in general, barbecue, pastas with tomato sauces, lamb with potatoes cooked with rosemary
