Tasting Note: Chile does Provence minus the £££’s. Refreshing and delicious predominantly from Emiliana’s organic range.  Pale almost Provençale, pink in colour with bright alluring aromas of lemon vest and white flowers, with super fresh juicy with a cranberry dry refreshing finish. Delicate and easy to drink on its own. Ideal as an aperitif.

Food match: – with sushi, fresh fish.  Delicate savoury or sweet pastries.  Perfect picnic wine.
